DIRECTOR
Avijit Dey has been serving as the Executive Director of CRM since 2020. He joined CRM in 2014 as a Senior Manager and has been a key contributor to the company's growth.
Beginning his career in 2007, Avijit brings over 17 years of rich experience in the e-security industry. Prior to joining CRM, he held the position of Eastern Region Head at Security Vision, where he played a pivotal role in advancing their e-security business.
MITHUN DUTTA
DIRECTOR
Mithun Dutta serves as the Executive Director of CRM , bringing a wealth of expertise to the organization. He joined CRM in 2024 and has been instrumental in driving its strategic growth.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Mithun began his professional journey in 1999 and has since amassed extensive experience in the e-security industry. He has held key leadership roles, including Head of Department at VEPL and Country Head at NIS Management Limited, where he spearheaded their e-security business operations.


RAMESH JHA
DIRECTOR
Ramesh Jha has been serving as the Director of CRM since 2024. He joined CRM in 2021 as a General Manager – Channel Business and has been a key contributor to the company's growth.
Beginning his career in 2004, Ramesh brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the Distribution and Channel Sales sector. He has worked with several renowned organizations, leading their channel teams in roles such as Zonal BDM at Zebronics, SME at Fortune Marketing, ME at TwinMOS Tech and Al Mubarkiah Computer at Dubai where he played a pivotal role in the electronics equipment distribution business.
ANIL KUMAR SHAW
DIRECTOR
Anil Kumar Shaw has been serving as the Director of CRM since December 2018. He joined CRM in January 2018 as a Senior Manager of Finance and has been a key contributor to the company's growth.
Beginning his career in 2011, Anil brings over 13 years of extensive experience in the Finance and Accounts sector, having worked with several renowned organizations and leading their large finance and accounts teams, including ESS, Kolkata.
