Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Branch Manager to lead and manage our Siliguri and North Bengal Business Development & operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in channel distribution, project sales, team handling, and business development in video surveillance, IT hardware, storage solution, Display, network racks & enclosers, structured cabling and network active infrastructure solutions verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch’s overall sales, distribution, and operational activities.
- Drive channel partner acquisition and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, dealers, and end clients.
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met for the region.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, billing, and after-sales support coordination.
- Prepare periodic business reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Build and manage a strong team to ensure excellent service and market penetration.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any category/Diploma in IT or Electronics or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, access control, Wi-Fi solutions, structured cabling, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to business development.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician / Security Systems Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various electronic security and networking systems. This role requires hands-on experience with CCTV systems, biometric and access control devices, Wi-Fi networks, structured cabling, and general IT networking infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, self-motivated, and able to manage projects from start to finish while providing reliable service and support to clients or internal teams. A strong understanding of low voltage systems, network topology, and system integration is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Install, configure, and maintain analog/IP CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, monitors)
- Perform routine testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure optimal video quality, storage, and retrieval systems
- Monitor and support real-time surveillance system performance
2. Biometric Systems
- Install and configure biometric attendance/access devices (fingerprint, facial recognition)
- Enrols users and manage access permissions
- Troubleshoot device issues and update firmware/software
- Maintain accurate logs of user access data and system reports
3. Access Control Systems
- Set up and maintain door access control systems (RFID, magnetic locks, keypads)
- Manage access levels and credential programming
- Ensure system uptime and quick response to lockout issues
4. Wi-Fi & Wireless Networks
- Design and deploy wireless access points (APs) and Wi-Fi coverage zones
- Configure wireless controllers and security protocols
- Conduct Wi-Fi signal testing and optimization
- Resolve connectivity and signal interference issues
5. Structured Cabling
- Install and organize structured cabling systems (Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber)
- Label and test network points and cable runs
- Terminate, punch down, and crimp network connectors and patch panels
- Ensure clean, efficient cable routing and adherence to industry standards
6. Networking & IT Infrastructure
- Set up and configure routers, switches
- Assign IP addresses
- Monitor network traffic, uptime, and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain network security and ensure all systems remain online and accessible
7. Maintenance & Documentation
- Perform regular system audits and preventive maintenance
- Document all installations, network diagrams, and configurations
- Generate system performance reports and incident logs
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for project delivery and support
